Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and pallets using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature/humidity levels in storage units
- Inspect products for quality and rotate inventory using FIFO methods
- Adhere to HACCP standards and OSHA safety regulations
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners) safely and efficiently
- Complete inventory counts and documentation accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational goals
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work in temperatures as low as -10°F (-23°C)
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Team player with strong communication skills
