- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Operate temperature monitoring systems
- Sanitize equipment and storage areas
- Assist with quality control inspections
- Complete daily shift reports digitally
Qualifications
- Ability to work in 0-4°C environments for extended periods
- Basic math and inventory skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
