Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain accurate inventory records in cold storage environments (0°F to 40°F)
- Inspect and sort perishable goods according to quality standards
- Adhere to strict sanitation and safety protocols for food handling
- Load/unload shipments with proper temperature control documentation
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-Hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in sub-freezing temperatures
