The Role:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for ensuring our inventory is processed efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Perform daily cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and understand safety labels and operating instructions.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
