- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize inventory in cold storage facilities
- Maintain accurate temperature logs and monitor equipment functionality
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and cold storage machinery safely
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Perform routine inspections of storage areas and equipment
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (32°F - 40°F) for extended periods
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
