Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated and frozen storage areas
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for efficient inventory movement
- Conduct quality checks and document storage conditions
- Adhere to strict safety protocols for cold environments
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments using proper equipment
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies
- Sanitize and maintain cleanliness of storage facilities
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in temperatures below 32°F (0°C)
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
