Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated/freezer units (-20°F to 45°F)
- Safely handle, palletize, and organize perishable goods
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment following OSHA standards
- Conduct quality checks and inventory audits
- Adhere to HACCP and sanitation protocols
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams for timely logistics
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse/cold storage experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
