- Maintain strict sanitation standards in refrigerated environments
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies
- Load/unload shipments with precision and safety protocols
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA compliance guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (32°F - 40°F)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Valid driver's license preferred
- OSHA 10 certification a plus
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable transportation to Northern Ave facility
- Flexible availability including weekends if needed
