Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and maintain inventory accuracy
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in cold storage facilities
- Monitor and maintain proper temperature conditions for perishable goods
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/cold storage experience preferred
- Ability to work in 32°F-40°F environments for extended periods
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
