Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage freight for delivery and shipment in a safe and timely manner.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move products within the warehouse.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records in the cold storage system.
- Ensure all storage areas comply with strict temperature and safety regulations.
- Perform daily cleaning and organization of work areas to prevent hazards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Willingness to work in cold environments (temperatures ranging from 35°F to 40°F).
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training available).
