Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature control in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trailers using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Conduct inventory counts and manage warehouse organization systemsAdhere to HACCP, OSHA, and FSMA safety standards
- Operate warehouse management software for inventory tracking
- Perform routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in temperatures below 40°F for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided)
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
