Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize products in cold storage areas (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided) to move inventory efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict food safety and HACCP protocols in all tasks
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing perishable goods
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production and shipping targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- Ability to work in refrigerated environments (thermal clothing provided)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Physical stamina to stand, lift (up to 50 lbs), and move throughout shifts
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
- Willingness to obtain required certifications (provided on-site)
