Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload materials from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Organize and stage inventory in designated warehouse zones with precision
- Operate warehouse equipment safely while adhering to OSHA standards
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain data accuracy
- Process incoming shipments and prepare outbound orders for dispatch
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Maintain clean, organized workspace following 5S principles
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable transportation and punctual work ethic
