Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after paid certification
- Maintain strict temperature control protocols for perishable goods
- Perform inventory management and stock rotation systems
- Adhere to OSHA and FDA safety standards in cold environments
- Document inventory movements and quality control checks
- Collaborate with team members for efficient loading/unloading operations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to work in 32°F - 40°F environments (with provided cold weather gear)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (paid training provided)
- Reliable transportation to shift start times
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
