Responsibilities
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in sub-zero environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Manage inventory rotation and FIFO (First-In-First-Out) protocols
- Maintain precise temperature records and monitoring systems
- Adhere to HACCP and GMP food safety standards
- Perform routine sanitation and equipment maintenance
