Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in temperature-controlled environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Inspect and sanitize storage facilities to meet FDA/HACCP standards
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks following safety procedures
- Monitor temperature and humidity levels in storage zones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Participate in ongoing safety training and equipment certification
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred (forklift certification provided)
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to work in cold environments with appropriate PPE
