- Monitor and maintain temperature-controlled environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Inspect, sort, and package refrigerated products with precision
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Adhere to strict HACCP and OSHA safety standards
- Complete inventory management and documentation tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work in cold environments (40°F or below)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
