Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated/freezer zones (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and temperature monitoring systems
- Inspect and rotate inventory using FIFO (First-In-First-Out) methods
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety standards for cold environments
- Document inventory counts and equipment maintenance logs
- Collaborate with quality control team on product handling procedures
- Participate in cross-functional warehouse operations as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation training)
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs regularly
