Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move pallets and materials safely
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance issues immediately
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Maintain accurate inventory documentation using digital systems
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow efficiency
- Complete shift reports and safety checklists thoroughly
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-approved forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year recent forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory management and pallet counting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
