Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-temperature zones
- Manage inventory with RF scanners and WMS systems
- Perform pre-shift safety inspections and equipment maintenance
- Coordinate cross-docking operations for major retailers
- Maintain OSHA compliance in 24/7 warehouse environments
- Train new operators on company protocols
- Support year-end peak season operations (Oct-Jan)
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (must provide at hire)
- 2+ years warehouse experience in fast-paced environments
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work rotating shifts/nights
- Experience with pallet jacks and order pickers
