Your Responsibilities
As a Forklift Operator at Apex Logistics, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations.
Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently in a busy warehouse environment.
- Load and unload trucks, railcars, and shipping containers with precision and care.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are up to date.
- Perform routine safety inspections on equipment and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Keep the work area organized, clean, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
Qualifications
- Current, valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a distribution or manufacturing setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from the El Paso facility.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
