Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to pick tickets and priority levels
- Operate RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory zones
- Meet daily productivity quotas while maintaining accuracy standards
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve fulfillment issues
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid California ID and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
