Responsibilities
- Select & Verify: Pick items from shelves using scanners and RF devices to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Pack & Label: Securely pack merchandise into boxes using appropriate materials and apply shipping labels correctly.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or power jacks to move heavy loads within the warehouse.
- Inventory Maintenance: Keep workstations and aisles clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8-10 hours).
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Fort Worth facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
