Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify customer orders for shipment accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (certification required).
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
- Load and unload trucks in a safe and timely manner.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic reading and math skills for scanning labels and verifying quantities.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (not required for immediate consideration).
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
