Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect items for defects and ensure all packages are securely wrapped and labeled correctly.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records and report any stock discrepancies or damaged goods immediately.
- Material Handling: Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (if certified) to move stock safely.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment for everyone.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep workstations, aisles, and storage areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk extensively, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in picking and packing orders.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Computer Literacy: Basic understanding of computer systems and ability to read barcodes and pick lists.
- Availability: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and available to start immediately.
