Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners and pick-to-light systems
- Operate material handling equipment safely including pallet jacks and electric carts
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to shift supervisor
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and comply with OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment issues
- Adhere to strict productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits as scheduled
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or fulfillment experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work independently in a low-light environment
- Willingness to pass pre-employment background check
