Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products using RF scanners and automated systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in WMS software
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Inspect goods for quality assurance before shipment
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain 5S workspace standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company policy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid state ID and reliable transportation to Baltimore facility
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Availability for early morning/night shifts (4am-12pm or 12pm-8pm)
