Responsibilities
- Accurately load/unload trucks and sort inventory using RF scanners
- Maintain organized stock rotation and FIFO compliance
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Complete daily warehouse reports and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Valid government ID and reliable transportation
- Willingness to pass background/drug screening
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Flexibility to work varied shifts (morning/afternoon/overnight)
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
