Job Overview
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will ensure that our inventory is processed efficiently, accurately, and safely. We value reliability and hard work, and we provide a supportive environment for all employees.
Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with 99% accuracy.
- Forklift Operations: Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move pallets and heavy loads within the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Material Handling: Load and unload trailers using pallet jacks and forklifts; verify shipment contents against paperwork.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to OSHA safety standards, wear PPE, and report hazards immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment preferred.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Licensure: Valid Forklift Certification (Class A, B, or C) is a plus but we provide training for qualified candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, have a reliable form of transportation, and pass a background check.
- Software: Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners (RF guns).
