Your Key Responsibilities
As an Order Packer, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain. Your daily tasks will include:
- Pack, seal, and label products accurately according to customer orders and safety regulations.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or defects to ensure high-quality standards.
- Utilize warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, to move stock safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Process orders efficiently to meet daily shipping deadlines and quotas.
- Assist in inventory control by verifying stock counts and labeling systems.
What We Are Looking For

- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for high performers.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels and pick tickets.
- A strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety compliance.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Toledo facility.
