Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Control: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels within the warehouse.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trailers, pallets, and containers using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming shipments for damage and ensure outgoing orders meet quality standards.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse aisles clear, floors clean, and workstations organized.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to ensure operational flow.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and consistent work attendance.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and data entry.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license preferred for warehouse driving tasks.
- Experience: Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but comprehensive training is provided.
- No Background Check Policy: Must be comfortable with our hiring process that does not require criminal background checks.
