Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate powered equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks to maintain stock accuracy
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize picking routes and workflow efficiency
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report discrepancies
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to meet OSHA standards
- Train on new warehouse technologies and process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or fulfillment center experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with RF scanners and basic computer systems
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environments
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Basic math and communication skills
