Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, aligning AI initiatives with business growth goals.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to drive innovation.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce ethical guidelines and compliance standards for all AI models and deployments.
- Technical Vision: Stay ahead of emerging trends in generative AI, automation, and machine learning to ensure our technology stack remains cutting-edge.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences effectively.
- Product Integration: Oversee the integration of AI solutions into core products to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Strategy.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts into strategic business value.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience in building and mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
- Tools: Deep understanding of AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
