In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between current engineering capabilities and the emerging technologies that will define the enterprise world two years from now. You will be responsible for evaluating emerging trends in Quantum Computing, Generative AI, and Spatial Computing to ensure our architecture remains cutting-edge.

Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to identify, evaluate, and integrate critical technologies expected to mature by 2026.
- Emerging Tech Research: Conduct deep-dive research into next-generation technologies including Neural Interfaces, Advanced Edge Computing, and Autonomous Systems.
- Architectural Governance: Establish architectural standards and governance frameworks that support rapid innovation while maintaining system stability.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical 2026 roadmaps into clear, compelling narratives for C-suite executives and investors.
- Partnerships & Acquisition: Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets or partnerships that align with our 2026 strategic vision.
- Proof of Concepts (PoCs): Lead the execution of high-impact PoCs to validate the viability of new technologies before full-scale implementation.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in software engineering or architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic planning role.
- Tech Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and define technology strategies for future horizons (e.g., 2026+).
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), AI/ML fundamentals, and Cybersecurity protocols.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous, long-term technical challenges.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
