We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Engineer to spearhead our next-generation artificial intelligence initiatives. As we look toward the technological landscape of 2026, we need a technical leader who can architect scalable, ethical, and transformative AI systems that redefine user experiences.
In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI into our core product suite. You will drive the technical strategy for model training, optimization, and deployment, ensuring our solutions are not only cutting-edge but also robust and compliant with global standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement state-of-the-art deep learning architectures using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Lead the end-to-end MLOps lifecycle, from data ingestion to model serving in production environments.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs for high-volume applications.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and data scientists to define AI product roadmaps.
- Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and ethical AI usage.
- Conduct research to stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, including multi-modal models and autonomous agents.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, and distributed computing frameworks (Apache Spark, Dask).
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning paradigms.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong track record of leading engineering teams and mentoring junior developers.
