Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to define the technological trajectory of the company, identifying key innovations and milestones for the year 2026.
- AI & Machine Learning Integration: Oversee the integration of advanced AI and predictive analytics into core business processes to drive efficiency and competitive advantage.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to translate high-level strategy into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Risk Management & Compliance: Establish frameworks for ethical AI usage, data privacy, and technical risk mitigation for future systems.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging tech trends (e.g., quantum computing, generative AI) to advise leadership on potential opportunities.
- Talent Acquisition & Development: Recruit top-tier talent and mentor senior engineering leadership to build a future-ready workforce.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or director-level role.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technology roadmaps with a focus on future trends.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), and Data Science.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and pivot strategies based on market data.
