- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core products.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews for technical excellence.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to guide the company's 2026 technology roadmap.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Fine-tuning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven track record of shipping production-level AI software.
