Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse setting
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily before and after shifts
- Organize inventory in designated storage areas using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisor immediately
- Assist in general warehouse duties as assigned (palletizing, stacking, etc.)
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide all necessary training!
- Valid California Driver's License (mandatory)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in warehouse environment
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
