Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the facility.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and warehouse equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and organize stock in designated racking areas.
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety regulations and company material handling policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely processing of orders and shipments.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Assist in general warehouse duties, including shrink wrapping and palletizing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification (we provide training for qualified candidates).
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation and counting.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift moderately heavy items (up to 50 lbs) throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
