Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and RF equipment.
- Label packages correctly and ensure proper weight and measurement documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S safety standards.
- Inspect products for damage and report any inventory discrepancies immediately.
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) to move stock within the warehouse.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
