Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload inventory safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts as directed
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company operational guidelines
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance checks on forklifts daily
- Assist in organizing and maintaining clean, organized warehouse spaces
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Texas driver's license (required)
- Ability to obtain forklift certification through company training program
- Basic math skills for inventory management
