Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move pallets and materials within warehouse facilities
- Inspect and maintain equipment before and after shifts to ensure optimal performance
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Load/unift trucks and organize inventory in designated storage areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Complete accurate documentation of inventory movements and equipment usage
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license (required)
- Ability to pass forklift certification training (provided)
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Physical stamina to stand, lift up to 50lbs, and work in varying temperatures
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to our Detroit facility
