Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Organize and maintain clean, organized storage areas and staging zones
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to obtain OSHA forklift certification (training provided)
- Basic math skills for inventory management and measurement
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable transportation to shift start times (including early mornings)
