Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, stack, and organize inventory
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times
- Inspect and maintain equipment before/after shifts
- Collaborate with warehouse team for efficient loading/unloading of trucks
- Accurately document inventory movements and maintain warehouse records
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No experience required – we train all new hires!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Physical stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Reliable transportation to our Raleigh facility
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
