Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure operational safety and efficiency
- Follow warehouse protocols for inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company policies
- Assist with general warehouse duties including order picking and packing
- Complete accurate documentation for inventory and transport activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation training)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Willingness to obtain OSHA forklift certification (provided on-site)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
