Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload inventory
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Follow inventory management procedures and accurately document material movements
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with warehouse team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and participate in regular training sessions
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed to support operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
- Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures (climate-controlled areas available)
