Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and organize inventory in warehouse/dock settings
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Collaborate with team members for efficient loading/unloading of containers
- Assist in warehouse cleanliness and organization initiatives
- Participate in ongoing safety training and equipment certification
Qualifications
- No experience required – comprehensive paid training provided
- Valid driver's license (mandatory for company vehicle operation)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and measurement
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Willingness to obtain OSHA forklift certification (provided)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
