Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move inventory within warehouse facilities
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Load and unload trucks while verifying product accuracy and documentation
- Maintain organized storage systems and implement FIFO inventory practices
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company security procedures
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow and meet productivity targets
- Complete accurate inventory counts and reporting documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
