Responsibilities
- Operate electric/pneumatic forklifts to move raw materials and finished products
- Perform daily equipment inspections and safety checks
- Load/untrucks using proper loading techniques
- Maintain accurate inventory documentation via warehouse management systems
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Keep warehouse organized and compliant with 5S standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license (required for certification)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (paid training provided)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a warehouse environment
