Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move products within the warehouse
- Load/unload trucks and palletize materials according to safety standards
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Assist with warehouse organization and facility upkeep
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable transportation to our Cleveland facility
- No prior experience required – we provide full training!
- Flexibility to work overtime shifts as needed
